Story Well Therapy was founded on the conviction that individuals are far more complex than their symptoms, diagnoses, or life's most challenging moments. My journey, spanning Journalism, Psychology, and Social Work, revealed a profound truth: genuine healing begins when people feel truly heard – not simply analysed or 'fixed', but deeply understood. Stories are fundamental to how we comprehend ourselves, our relationships, and the world. Many arrive in therapy carrying narratives shaped by survival, trauma, or misunderstanding. Story Well Therapy was created as a sanctuary where these stories can be explored safely, respectfully, and at a pace that feels right for you. By integrating narrative approaches with evidence-based therapy, I aimed to establish a space that is both clinically sound and profoundly human, enabling people to reconnect with their innate strengths, find deeper meaning in their experiences, and embrace the possibility of new chapters.
